Returns, refunds & the 60-day guarantee

How to request a refund or exchange

• Email info@widget-plan.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number (it is in your confirmation email) and whether you would like a refund or a different size or color.
• We reply within 2 business days with the return address and a simple return form. [TODO return address]
• Send the item back in any packaging. Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong size or color.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Size and color exchanges

Wrong size or color? Tell us within 60 days and we will send the right one. For gloves, if you are between sizes, choose the larger one.

Free gifts and bundles

If you return part of a bundle, the refund is the bundle price minus the value of the items you keep at the single-item price. Free guides (the Compression Guide, the Fresh Pantry Guide) and free shipping are yours to keep.

30-day quality warranty

Separately from the guarantee, every pair of gloves is covered for 30 days from delivery against holes, loose stitching or fabric coming apart under normal use. Every Sealiakis sealer is covered for 30 days from delivery if it stops heating, will not charge, or arrives damaged. Email us a photo or a short video and we will send a free replacement.

Care

Follow the care label of your gloves. HeatLock™ gloves carry a Do Not Wash label: line dry only, do not bleach, iron or dry-clean. Damage caused by washing against the label is not covered by the warranty, but the 60-day guarantee still applies.

Cancellations

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. To cancel before shipping, email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, use the 60-day guarantee above.

Shipping

• Processing: 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive 5–10 business days after they are handed to the carrier. You receive a tracking number by email when the order ships.
• Cost: $6.95 flat rate for 1 or 2 pairs of gloves or 1 or 2 sealers. Free shipping on 3.
• Where we ship: the United States. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
• Lost or damaged in transit: email us with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone, shipping address, the items you bought, and the size or color you chose. We need these to deliver your order and to honour the guarantee.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
• Site usage: pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and browser type, and an anonymous session id, so we can see where the site is confusing and fix it.
• Advertising: we use the Meta Pixel so that Meta can measure our ads and show them to people who are likely to be interested. Meta may set cookies. You can opt out at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

What we do with it

Fulfil and ship your order, send order and shipping emails, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment), our shipping and fulfilment partner (name, address and items only), Vercel (hosting), Neon (order database), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each only receives what it needs.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Site analytics for 24 months.

Your rights

Email info@widget-plan.com to ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK or California, you have these rights by law and we honour them everywhere.

Terms of sale

• Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable tax at checkout. Shipping is shown before you pay.
• Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or a price was displayed in error.
• Bundle savings are calculated against the single-item price shown on the product page.
• Palmed gloves are a compression garment intended for comfort and support. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a circulation disorder, neuropathy, a skin condition, an injury or recent surgery, ask a healthcare professional before using compression products. Stop wearing the gloves if you notice numbness, tingling, discolouration or increased pain.
• Sealiakis sealers are household bag heat sealers, not vacuum sealers. The heating strip gets hot while the sealer is on: keep fingers clear of it, turn it off after use, and keep it away from young children.
• Customer reviews marked “Verified buyer” are from our customers and are shown in their own words. Any review from another store is labelled as such. Individual experiences vary.
• Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, to the extent the law allows.
